Santa Palma — Struggling to get into the gym but still want the benefits of working out? Santa Palma’s newest fitness trend, “Nap Fitness,” is here to help.

According to gym owner Paula Green, Nap Fitness is designed for people who want the health benefits of exercise but simply can’t bring themselves to lift weights or jog. Instead, participants are encouraged to take a nap during their 45-minute session, with soft pillows and calming music provided.

“We realized that sometimes people just need rest,” said Green. “Nap Fitness is all about balancing mental health with physical well-being. Rest is a form of recovery too, right?”

Members lie down on plush mats, close their eyes, and enjoy a guilt-free nap while a trainer offers soft reminders about proper breathing. “It’s perfect for my schedule,” said gym-goer Tom Harper. “I don’t have the time or energy for a real workout, so this is ideal. I just wish they offered an all-day nap package.”

Despite its unconventional approach, Nap Fitness has already attracted a cult following. Plans for the future include a “Dream Yoga” class and a “Couch Potato Marathon” event.
